Did you know that we have a 100 club in the village which is the major fundraiser for the Playing field?
It is just £12 a year, usually collected late August/September (or you can pay direct to the bank account). We then have monthly draws with winnings of £15, £10 and £5. In August we have a “grand draw” and we pay out the balance of the 100 club. The rules of a 100 club are, whatever you collect in via subscriptions you have to pay out half as prize money, so the more money we collect the more we can pay out in the August grand draw.
Once you have paid your subscription you are then allocated a number which is then entered into EVERY draw for the whole year, so if you are lucky you could win every month and trust us, some people have won more than once!
